This was a great family vacation property. The playground and water park were nice for the kids. Since there were stones along the ocean, the waves were very calm which again was perfect for my little ones. I was able to use the app to make dinner reservations easily. Beautiful location

Great place, if you lower your expectations to zero Check in is 4 PM and our room was not ready until 5 PM. This is extremely annoying when you’re travelling with small children. The rooms are run down and very poorly maintained with dirty smelly carpets over the ceramic tiles. It seems like a hotel that does not spend much on care. Maybe upper management poorly manages the funds. The entire hotel is below par for cleanliness. The food at the buffet compares to buffets in low end hotels. The staff is very disorganized and unhelpful at best. The room has no closet space, no drawer space and very limited shelf space. Because of this we asked for more luggage holders with the intention to keep our belongings in our suitcases. They were unable to accommodate our family of 4. Curaçao is a beautiful destination. We look forward to finding a hotel that we would return to. Corendon Beach Resort is definitely not the one we will repeat. Many areas of the grounds including the main buffet restaurant have no wifi coverage. In the make believe Italian restaurant we were the last table served and then we were asked to leave to make space for the next guest service. We were dining with a 4 and 2 year old. We experienced air conditioning problems for about a week. Now the good!!! Rashantily was truly the best service out of all of the restaurants we ate at and we ate at them all. One of the best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of, ever ever ever!!! Yuvi, customer care amazing!

I loved the water park options, my 6 year old was very happy. The buffet food was delicious. Wasn’t able to visit the other restaurants due to reservations. Every-time I tried everything was booked. For the most part staff was amazing I did encounter 2 staff who were just miserable people, one of them being the lady that checked me in to the hotel. It was my 1st time there and I was full of questions. She seemed annoyed by it. She was not accommodating. But that experience did not ruined my stay. If you have kids. This is the hotel to be. Customer service wasn’t good because Employees were stressed out and overworked mostly. Very difficult to get the reservation for the restaurants. They should change the method of reservation. People stay in line for hours to make reservations. So dumb. Buffet restaurant was good in terms of wide variety. I like the size of the room. So specious. I hope this message finds you well. My name is Egypt Cohen, and I booked a trip through Expedia to stay at the Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao All-Inclusive Resort from February 14th to February 17th, 2025, to celebrate both my birthday and Valentine’s Day with my significant other. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable, due to Expedia’s failure to fulfill its contractual obligations and lack of due diligence in notifying me about critical changes to my reservation. I am formally requesting a full refund of $2,861 based on the following legal and customer service failings: 1. Breach of Contract – Failure to Provide Paid Services When I booked my stay, I entered into a contract with Expedia for accommodations at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao All-Inclusive Resort. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms due to overbooking, despite my prior confirmed reservation. This constitutes a material breach of contract as Expedia failed to deliver the services that were explicitly agreed upon and paid for.     •    Expedia, as the booking agent, has a duty to ensure that confirmed reservations are honored, or to provide proper notice if accommodations cannot be fulfilled.     •    In this case, neither Expedia nor the resort informed me of the overbooking in advance, denying me the opportunity to make alternate arrangements before arrival.     •    This lack of notification directly led to financial losses, distres

To be honest, this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in since I’ve been traveling all of the country for the last 15 years . I wouldn’t recommend and I would never go back. Everything is outdated. The bar countertops look very old the rooms look old and very basic the pools as well. if it wasn’t for the bartenders, I would’ve had the vacation from hell . Besides they’re not likable attitudeThe hotel receptionist in the main lobby do not answer phones when calling from the room. You literally have to go to the main lobby in order to get something done. Could you imagine leaving your room depending how far you are from the lobby just to get things sorted out. The food options are not good. You’re better off leaving the resort and eating outside. You barely can relax at the pool because all you smell is cigarette . This hotel is a lie. It is no room service upon arrival when you check in and ask they tell you no it’s no room service but online it states that they have room service. It’s no microwave so don’t bother saving your food because you can’t warm it up. This hotel is a real dump.

Our family just checked out and had a wonderful experience. We have traveled to many all-inclusive before, and we felt well prepared based on the reviews for what to expect. It did exceeded our expectations in Beauty, and amenities. We traveled with a 10-year-old and 12-year-old and the waterpark, pools, and beach were perfect. The buffet was excellent, the restaurants were not really worth the wait. It took a long time to book one, you can only book one day in advance, and then you waited a half an hour to be sat and another half an hour to have your order taken. The activities were excellent and we really enjoyed the Pickleball tournament and using the facilities. It is amazing that there is a dive shop on site with excellent dive masters and great scuba diving. I wish there was a full service Spa. I do think that the upkeep around the resort could have been better in regards to Painting, and addressing things that were rusty. The only other strange thing was that you could not get frozen drinks at the pool bar. There was one smoothie bar where you could get them. Overall incredible trip to curacao!

Due to all places of interest being approximately the max 20 minutes away from Hotel. My wife and I did not spend too much time at the resort. However it was good to know that if we did not like the food outside the resort we always had that as backup if needed. Overall experience was great. Note there are no irons to iron your clothes in the room. You will have to request it from guest services.
