The theme park shuttle bus to Maihama Station departs from the hotel at 8:10 AM, 8:35 AM, 9:10 AM, 9:35 AM, 10:10 AM, and 10:35 AM. The theme park shuttle bus departs from Maihama Station to the hotel at 9 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10 PM. Schedules are subject to change without notice.
The listed adult breakfast fee applies to guests aged 7 and older, and the child breakfast fee applies to guests aged 3-6. There is no breakfast fee for children 0-2.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice for our needs. Room was smaller as expected but nice. Foot massager in room was a bonus. Good amenities. Biggest plus was walkable to Tōkyō Disney area and monorail.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast served there for an extra fee. 10 min walk to DisneySea entrance and about 15-20 min to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel does have a shuttle bus. There is a mall 10-15 min away too.

MyStays Maihama was a wonderful and safe property for my family of 5 to stay. There was ample room and the optional breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. The shuttle to Ikspiari center with access to Maihama Station and Disneyland was also very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Tokyo especially Disneyland. Additionally the room was always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is also an included foot massager machine that is very helpful after long days of walking around Disneyland and Tokyo.

The bathroom was too small. As it looked to be a converted from an apartment building, the slight step up to the front door and back out was disconcerting. The carpet looked filthy and like it was in desperate need of replacing.

Regular hotel which is located close to the Disney parks especially to DisneySea (7min walk) which is quite handy. Rooms are good in terms of cleanliness, size and amenities. Breakfast has a good variety.

Good location for Tokyo Disney Resorts

We stayed 3 nights, family of 6. Hotel is clean. Staff very courteous. Breakfast buffet is good. Toiletries are available in the lobby. Free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland is very helpful. Tokyo Disney Sea is 7 minutes walk. Lawson is 5 minutes walk. Will definitely recommend this hotel to those planning to go to Tokyo Disney Resorts.

Very clean and room has everything you need. Hotel rooms could do with some updating but very clean and comfortable. Staff were always very courteous and helpful. Not very much around the area, including dining options, but close proximity to Disney Sea Disnerland. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from the theme parks. Buffet breakfast was delicious with Japanese and Western options.

The hotel is located in a quiet warehouse(?) area. It’s not in the tourist area. It will take about 6 minutes on foot from the Disney Sea station. The hotel is very nice for the price. The front staff are all very polite and helpful. The night view from the window was very nice looking at the Ferris wheel.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. It was nice we had the breakfast option to start off our day before sightseeing. The hotel shuttle to Maihama station was really great and if you want another option there is a city bus in front of the hotel. The front desk and dining staff were very nice and professional.
