The theme park shuttle bus to Maihama Station departs from the hotel at 8:10 AM, 8:35 AM, 9:10 AM, 9:35 AM, 10:10 AM, and 10:35 AM. The theme park shuttle bus departs from Maihama Station to the hotel at 9 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10 PM. Schedules are subject to change without notice.
The listed adult breakfast fee applies to guests aged 7 and older, and the child breakfast fee applies to guests aged 3-6. There is no breakfast fee for children 0-2.

The bathroom was very small and the price was a bit high for the size and amenities it offered compared to the other hotels in the area. We were only there one night so it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything and made the luggage transfer seamless.

This hotel is a great stay if you’re going to Tokyo Disney, it is very close to to Disney Sea and they offer a shuttle to disneyland. My only complaint is the beds, they are SO uncomfortable it was almost enough for us to leave and book a new hotel. Besides the bed however the hotel was a great stay!

The staff was extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast was decent but get there early because one morning they ran out of the fried chicken and replaced it with chicken nuggets that weren’t as good and they ran out of eggs and replaced it with little omelets (which some of my family members preferred them to the runny eggs). It’s a quick easy walk to Ikspiari so if you’re going to the Disney parks on a budget, this is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking an extra 10-15 min.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel nor surrounding location, but it was nice and it was conveniently located. Tokyo Disneyland and Maihama Station (for visiting Tokyo) were both walkable via the neighboring Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspiari shopping mall. Tokyo DisneySea was an even easier, shorter walk a few blocks straight from the hotel entrance. I would stay here again for this purpose.

It is a few minutes walk from Disney Land and Sea. You don't have to worry about transportation; you can walk. None of the Disney Complex area hotels had the bed / room setup I was looking for.

This is VERY close to the Tokyo Disney Sea main gate. Like five minute walk. For that purpose, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are quite small and dated. The bathrooms are very tight "unit" baths that can be typical in Japan in buildings of a certain age. Beds were rock hard, pillows were not good. We were there specifically for the proximity to the parks so it did the job.
