After the renovations the hotel is back to its pre-Covid status. The services are in full swing and there is more than adequate staffing after the long 2 year lull.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever had the privilege to stay in. True luxury! Received white glove treatment from the moment we checked in. Fantastic location in the heart of Shinjuku. Would gladly stay here again. Highest of recommendations

Very well located. Excellent options for fine dinning. Near main subway station. Breakfast was ok and very expensive, did it once and never again. Staff is attentive and friendly. Check in was slow. The lounge in the 47th floor is increíble !

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and the location near the station was very convenient. The only issue we encountered was the elevator, as the wait times were too long. I hope the hotel can address this to improve the overall guest experience.

Bath tub that’s about 30 inches high. Hard to get in and out. The toilet is old. The bathroom floor is not leveled that could be a tripping hazard.

Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again.

Just an overall amazing experience and hotel. Staff and the food and the rooms loved it all. Walls are a little thin but thats my only gripe.
