The room was BEYOND small, I’ve stayed at other spots in Tokyo and I’m familiar with the size of Japanese rooms but this was a matchbox. It also felt dirty, the carpet in the room was soooooooo old and looked like it needed a wash years ago. But, the location is great.

The room is old and worn. Paint peeling off the wall. Stains in the toilet area. Very dusty too. And bedsheets are cheap and poor quality

The room itself was extremely spacious, clean, and easy to get around. The surrounding area was also very nice with many dining and entertainment options within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and took great care of us. 10/10 would recommend!
