Shibuya Tokyo REI Hotel is in a great location—very convenient for getting around. The staff are super friendly, and they even provide supplies at the reception area (comb, toothbrush, etc.), whether you forgot to bring them or not 😁 That said, the room—and especially the bathroom—are on the small side. I’m only 5’1” and about 115 lbs, and I kept hitting my elbow every time I raised my arms to wash my hair or body. 😂 I’m not sure about the other room types, but ours was definitely tight, so just be warned!

I had a nice stay. I liked the location. It’s a couple minutes walk to Shibuya square scramble. The Shibuya train station is right outside the hotel. There are many food and shopping places in walking distance. The room was small but clean. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. They assisted me in catching the limousine bus to Narita airport which was a little over an hour away. Yes I would recommend. Yes I world stay there again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was super nice. Location was perfect! Our only issue is you can't control the room temperature individually and it was often warm and stuffy in the room. That said we'd absolutely stay here again.

The room was typical size of a Japanese hotel. Most of the reception spoke English so check-in was easy. We did not use the laundry or have the breakfast. The room and bathroom was slightly rundown but still clean. I notice crevices where there was dust that could use a deeper clean. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and had an excellent night’s sleep. Centrally located so very convenient.

Great location - close to all the night life and station in shibuya without being overcrowded and loud. The staff are lovely and the room is clean. Small room (but that’s normal in Japan). Stayed here twice in a year and would book again for my next trip! Highly recommend

Expensive but great location. Great breakfast, noisy though because mostly foreigners staying here. Staff can speak English. Drinking water machine on each floor was convenient. I guess they get used to dealing with mostly foreigners as this was a rare hotel here where the staff most of the time didn't greet me when walking in.

Excellent location to Shibuya Station. Although the rooms are small,they have all the amenities. The cleaning staff was excellent. There was drinking water available on every floor.
