Great bar, restaurant, service. Room clean, comfortable, inviting. Parking ~ well you are pretty much on your own. No valet, no garage, NO NOTHING! Space is available on the street and is not that inconvenient, just not what I expect from a class operation. That being said. I'll go back any time I'm in Topeka.

Checking in was friendly and courteous as it’s necessary to leave you luggage at the lobby to use the shared parking structure about a 1/2 block from the hotel. Better parking would be ideal. Hotel room was super comfortable and loved the varied lighting to have a relaxed atmosphere in the room. We ate at the restaurant connected to the hotel. Good was good, servers were friendly. Desk attendant seemed a bit overwhelmed upon checking in she was alone and seemed there was a steady flow of folks checking in.

The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating of our request for our pet dog to join us during our stay. The hotel has been updated and the restaurant is great! The waitress during the morning breakfast was lovely and very responsive!

Room was clean but they didn't have many amenities. They didn't have breakfast because the day before was Thanksgiving. Brought food back to the room and couldn't reheat it because there was no microwave. Seems more like a business Hotel rather than a travel Hotel.

Nicest hotel in Topeka. Really liked it. However, parking is not convenient. I am elderly and my partner is in a wheelchair. They did not have valet parking as stated nor a bellman, both of which we needed because the parking garage is a city garage behind the building on a different street. Dealing with the logistics of getting the car loading/ unloading putting the car away was not good. However everything else was great.

I loved my stay at the Cyrus hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly. My friend and I showed up during the training of a new employee and even she was amazing. We called to see if r we could get an early check in and they wrote down our names to be called if rooms became available and they did call us probably 30min after our initial call. They were also very helpful when it came to recommendations on food in the area! I wish I remembered their names! But both front desk employees were amazin!

Bed was uncomfortable, the parking garage had reserve parking on the 4th level but the elevator did not work…hence having bad knees the stairs were painful. They did compete parking though. Breakfast staff was excellent this day…funny and accommodating…
