Great service; average room with some issues

Great service/staff and fair prices. However, our motorized blinds wouldn’t work, so the parking lot lights blinded me all night. Also, the bathroom lighting was extremely dim.

We thought we had accidentally left my husband’s medication. Called back the next day and Dominic was so wonderful. He went above and beyond. Went back to the room and searched it himself as well as going through lost and found. Can’t say enough about how incredible he was!

Good price - comfortable rooms - basic breakfast

Our stay was good. Our check in lady was super friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. The breakfast was mediocre. The coffee was very unacceptable. It was lukewarm and weak. People were complaining. I always want a sweet roll of some kid with breakfast. There was none. The eggs were not hot and strange. They had herbs, maybe, in them which was not t our taste.

Everything was really great and staff was really nice until breakfast this morning. The breakfast attendant was not in a good mood and being very rude to customers. When the forks were all gone, and I asked her if she had more, I was nicely told that I could use plastic that was on the other side not that I mine, but I didn’t see it there nor should I be treated poorly because of it.
