I enjoyed my stay here ! The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous. The only thing I would ask is for them to have water bottles in the room. There was someone drilling/ construction happening very early in the morning above my floor which was super annoying. Other than that great .

***A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE & BROKEN PROMISES***

We booked a weekend stay at the Doubletree Toronto for a wedding we were supposed to attend. We intentionally booked in advance a reservation that would provide us a refund if we had to cancel the booking. Unfortunately, due to severe weather coming through Southern Ontario, the only expressway to Toronto was shut down and we could not check in. I called both Doubletree and Hotels.com (the OTA) to inform them of our situation and they both promised to work with me to provide a refund because of the weather event. After the scheduled stay, both Doubletree and Hotels.com colluded to not honour their commitment and decided not to provide a refund. No integrety!
