I checked in on 4/28 after 8 PM. The front desk agent was very hostile and rude!!! I met a few other front desk agents and the clean lady and they were friendly and professional!

Good for the price

Similar to other reviews. Very basic, small and dated room. But it was clean and tidy and had everything you need. Bed was fine. Only a 10 minute walk to the Eaton Centre. A bit of street noise at night if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. Overall the price is great for downtown Toronto if you just want something simple.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. The lock on our room didn't work but we were relocated to a room with the same layout with a working lock. There were some cigarette burns on the sheets. But good place for the price.
