This property is not accommodating and beyond over priced for what you get. The walls are paper thin. Most of the shops and dining close early, unless you want to pay $100 per person for dinner. There is a charge for everything they offer plus they charge a resort fee. The marketplace for snacks closes early so no late night snacks or drinks. The bar in the lobby was never open. The shuttle doesn’t take you to the airport if your flight is the first one out. That’s not mentioned on the website. The Den for kids is a small room and their prices are outrageous. No room service for dinner except Wednesday- Friday. This establishment calls themselves a resort because they are on a golf course. Save your money, the golf course is open to the public. Stay down the road and travel here, but not by Uber or Lyft unless you want to spend $30 for a 2 mile ride. Absolute disappointment.

I had high expectations for this resort but it fell short in a few areas. There was a fingernail in the sheets which makes me feel like they were not cleaned. The AC didn’t work so we had to open the windows up. That was fine the first night but the second night music was blaring until I called the front desk at 1AM. The staff was nice.

Enjoyed stay in condos near the water! Only a few things need repair like wall paint in bathroom and light outlet in bedroom not all working. Otherwise, great condo for 5 nights! Glad I brought my inflatable board to use there!

Unwelcoming and Unaccommodating — Not Worth stayin

If you're considering this hotel, be warned: flexibility and hospitality are not part of the package. I arrived early, hoping to check in after a long trip, but was met with a curt, unapologetic “no early check-in under any circumstances.” Not even a willingness to check availability or offer alternatives. Just a hard line and a cold shoulder. What made it worse? I had booked through a third-party site and reserved a room with a golf course view. Not only was that request ignored, but when I asked about it, staff brushed it off like it didn’t matter. It was clear from their tone and treatment that third-party guests are second-tier—if not outright dismissed. The implication was loud and clear: book direct or expect to be treated like an afterthought. The room I eventually received was fine, but the experience left a sour taste. Hospitality is supposed to be about care, not control. This hotel seems to have forgotten that. I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.

The only thing they could improve on is the food, the 2 restaurants we went to were both very bland so we just stuck to the coffee shop in the mornings. Everything else was great!
