The rooms were nice and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very nice at the check in desk and also they were able to get me a complimentary late check out! Also, the breakfast buffet was so delicious and had a very good variety that everyone would find something they wanted for breakfast! Room was not clean. There was still hair in the bathtub from previous guest. They did not restock toiletries and shampoo. Normally we get complementary water from any hotel. The receptionist at check in was more worried about her puppy than attending us last night. She had a whole dog set up in the front lobby. Which seemed very unprofessional. For $170 a night I do not recommend this hotel Should have just stayed in a motel 7 for the service and quality. Would have saved $100 bucks plus parking.

Nice hotel. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Location is good if u have plans downtown. Eat at El Charro on Church Avenue while ur there. Walking distance and awesome.

There is limited street parking so it's advisable and safer to park in the hotel's garage ($20). The property is nice, modern, very clean, friendly staff, but no restaurant or bar. The room was very noisy...could be the AC/heating. Sounded like a vacuum cleaner all night. Best part is the 3rd floor pool and the free breakfast offering lots of choices. Convention Center, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. You will find the best Mexican food ever.

Loved the second floor pool dining area and the views. Staff was helpful and breakfast area was kept clean and stocked throughout breakfast. Parking garage hadxa fee, but was clean and convenient.
