The gal running the breakfast bar was the best thing about the stay. Also, clean room, nice staff, and the pool area and gym were nice. Had issues with the garage door and key but pushing help button got me out quick each time. Parking is $20/day.

Staff at beginning couldn’t find reservations and insisted I pay again for the already paid room. Was rude and when I asked if she was looking at right system as it is two different hotels in same complex she ignored me. Room we got was right across street from construction site. With size of hotel amount of patrons in hotel and parking lot I assume that this was intentional as I never saw any other person Olin that floor or side. Poor customer service, nice hotel until 7 am when the construction starts.

Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful breakfast and the room had all the amenities we needed. Our first night there I was so upset because our shower had so little water pressure I couldn’t even wash my hair. I took a chance and called the front desk the next morning and asked if they could send someone to look at it while we were gone for the day and I was actually shocked to come home for the night and the shower was perfect!
