Kitchen/ breakfast area was dirty, the office was too. Staff was good. Hotel near the highway was loud. Would not stay there again. I would like a refund.

Nice room

No one at the desk upon arrival. Took 10 or 15 minutes for someone to show up. Tried calling the hotel but no answer. Other than that the room was excellent and the breakfast was good. Hotel is not in a great area.

There were cockroaches in the doorway greeting us as we entered…we got past them. The room was average but clean enough. The bed was quite comfortable and we were thankful due to being very tired from days of travel. The “free” breakfast was skipped since it was not very appealing. Thank you for the good nights rest though.

Room had everything we needed and was clean. The shared areas looked a little worn out. Breakfast was fine but the breakfast area is very small with three tables and the signs encourage you to take the breakfast to your room, which we did but we prefer a proper breakfast room.

The fact that you advertise it is non smoking is a bold faced lie. I was on vacation for 3 weeks with no asthmatic symptoms. I slept there one night and I have been miserable all day. This room smelled like a smoker lived in it for 10 years. Definitely not non- smoking! Not only is it advertised as such but it is a lie and they take your money for it. Dishonest. Very dissatisfied!
