As soon as the people upstairs checked in, I couldn’t go back to sleep. The floors were so creaky from the people upstairs walking around and you could hear the toilet flush and the shower running.

First room I was given was not cleaned at all. Bed was dirty and used towels where in the tub. I called desk to see about getting another room and no answer. Had to go down the stairs to office for a new room. New room key didn’t work. Went back and going up/down stairs 3 times to no resolve. Finally got a room after over an hour of back and forth.

Staff support lacking. 2 cleaners layed off on turkey day the clerk said they had no upstairs rooms. 77 yr old DAV not crazy about taking luggage up flight of stairs. He finally found room after asked to assist with luggage. Room ok nothing to complain. Breakfast unattended from 0615 to 0700 out of some supplies including coffee.

Despite older building the rooms are well kept, clean, comfy beds. Quiet, sound sleep. Great value for your money. Love the early start time for coffee and breakfast.

Room was good but had no shower curtain had to call in morning for one in order to shower, went for breakfast wanted cereal my husband went back for milk as there wasn’t any tried to find someone to replenish no one around so no breakfast for me my husband came back with breakfast thank god I was in room as they already cut off key service

The room was on second dloor and no elevator. The place was very run down. When i went upstairs to look at the room, both the front and back door were wide open. I did not feel safe there so i went across the street to a Best Western. I didnt even stay at the Days in.
