Clean, quiet and affordable!

I never give 5 stars but this place was pretty decent and clean. Updated rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was your typical easy come and pick breakfast but it has lots of variety. Nice work out area and easy access to freeways and downtown entertainment! I would recommend this place for sure.

Our family stayed here to attend a tournament the wknd of Feb 21st. When we arrived, the parking was covered in ice. We could not pull up to the lobby entrance due to the vehicles sliding. The steps to the entrance were covered in ice. Once we made it inside, the front desk staff (older female) was not friendly and acted annoyed. We were told there were no plans on doing anything about the steps or parking lot. The next day we left for a while and upon return there were no parking spots, yet we are charged $10/day for parking. If im paying for parking I'd expect it to be safe and actual parking available.

They don’t care about their customers

The hotel is close to the Tulsa Convention Center. The rooms were very nice. The parking lot is terrible. There were not enough spots, and they did not clean the snow that had been there for 4 days. It was semi melting and then refreezing. It was very slippery out there. They charge $10 a day for parking, but don’t take care of their customers. The front desk clerk made a face when we tried to enter the building to check in because we didn’t have a key…we hadn’t checked in! She was short with her answers and unfriendly.

A well run hotel. There was so much construction around that it was confusing as to how to approach it. However a very good breakfast- some hot items, whipped cream, chocolate chips and nuts as unexpected treats.
