Front desk attendants are so friendly and welcoming, hotel is clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the wi fi was down and the only coffee in my room was decaf. Front desk said it was a carrier issue which it happens. Coffee in lobby was good. Overall good stay

Everything was in good condition but it wasn’t great. Of the eight hotels I’ve stayed in this week / same price range around the country / this was the worst experience. Dog rooms inconvenient. No luggage carrier. Morning food sad. Room had more wall than window. Someone else’s alarm went off. Staff was great.

Loved the room! Parking was horrible, not nearly enough spaces for the hotel. The lady who was working at night when we supposed to check in was hiding in the back so I just said “hello” at a reasonable volume and she came out to tell me to stop yelling. She was the worst part of the trip. Ended up having to pay for parking. Room was better than expected!

Over booked called me on way to the hotel that we didn’t have the room for us. They claimed Expedia sent over my reservation that day when it was booked 10 days before. Very disappointed and caused unnecessary stress when they did not take accountability for their error and tried to blame Expedia. I chatted with Expedia and it was confirmed that La qunta had my my reservation the whole time. Watch out for your reservations%.
