There were rodents running every where. The towels werent clean and i asked for more and they said they were washing them. I had to go and get towels for everyone and i paid for 2 rooms. I told the front desk about the rodents and the clerk told me oh thats nothing new. They need a exterminator. My whole family just was surprised. I have stayed at Red Roof Inn before and it was really nice. I couldnt eat anything after that. I was very disappointed because I told other family memebers to book there. So we had 6 rooms. I do believe i should be compensated. I hope someone gets back to me.

The doors were about an inch too short so you could hear everything in the hallway. It was only noisy bc of the doors. I put a towel under the door the second night and it helped a lot.

The rooms were DISGUSTING. I read the reviews prior and they seemed ok and I only needed it for a night. But we walked in and at first glance it was ok but then I pulled the sheets back in the bed and there was dirt, hair and stains. There was also something leaking from the dented fridge. We complained and the girl at the front switched our room. We walk into the new room and immediately said no. It smelled like something died in there and they masked the smell with some kind of cleaner. At this point I was done. So we got a refund and went to another hotel.

This is literally ok for a day, maybe two days. Theres NO way you should stay past 2 days. Please make sure the maids understand Late check out. Not beat on the door at 8am. You say you're leaving at 12 and she comes back at 10 AND WAKES ME UP FOR THE 2ND TIME. She beat on thr door consistently loud for about 47 seconds. I woke up pissed off. I jumped out. My sleep and finally got pissed and left.

There was other people's hair on the bed, I had to sleep with bugs, and they asked me to sit on a chair like the one in the attached photo? At least the staff were friendly.
