Front Desk was great. Had room reserved. They had my information up in a minute and keys in hand and off to room. I would add the front desk personnel were above and beyond in their knowledge and presented a personnal interest in getting us situated. We were traveling so we were tired & somewhat worn around the edges. We were treated as VIP guests. Thanks to the Management team and Front Desk for a good stay. See you next year on our annual trip to see grandkids. Oren
