There was a Cheeto in the floor when I got into my room. Late check out was free the last time I was there, this time I was charged, and I'm not sure why I was charged $50 for a cleaning fee.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

🚨DO NOT STAY HERE, ever!🚨 Days Inn by Wyndham Tyler Texas I just needed a room for one night in Texas. Hotels.com had this place looking great! I booked the room for $124.19 and was charged $50 at the front desk for a deposit upon arrival. I walked in and it was hot and smelled moist. I turned on the tv, the air and my mom called, so I spoke with her. I had to use the rest room and wash my hands and that’s when I noticed all the issues with the room. -The Bathroom ceiling has black smoke looking stains and the light on the right will not turn off. -The lamp shades had black spots on the inside of them -The comforter on the first bed had spots on it. - Everything that was silver was rusted -light switch covers broken -stains and paint patching and chips all over the wall With the moist room and all that rist, that black could be mold! Front desk told me there is nothing they can do because I booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com said there is nothing they can do because it’s up to the hotel and the hotel is saying I used the room. Hotels.com said they can’t do anything more and issued a $25 credit, which I used to book another room. These people are crooks and after reading the reviews on Google, which I should have before I booked, this is a very common thing. I can’t stand a thief so I will not let this go. What in the hell has happened to customer service?!?!?! Would you stay here?!?!? I included photos as well as my review and responses

The location was in a very nice place. The outside was very nice and clean. I like the benches they have outside when you enter to register. The room was very clean and large.
