"Everything was so beautiful, just like in the pictures. We enjoyed our trip and loved the water villa. It was nicely decorated and very very clean. The à la carte dining and spa experience were an upgrade from the normal all-inclusive. Not to mention the seaplane! We found that the service in the restaurants was not always good. Some of the staff seemed a little rude and unhappy. On the other hand, some of the staff went above and beyond with their service. It's a shame I don't remember their names. I’m sharing my experience because the level of service was inconsistent, varying quite a lot, and that's not something you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The setting is great, but there is room for improvement. "
