Check in was easy, however there are 2 step you need to climb to get to the first floor. With large heavy suitcase the steps are difficult for a senior to navigate. Beds were comfortable, carpet smelt like dirty socks, bathroom floor was sticky like not all the floor cleaner had been rinced off. The bath tub had long black hairs laying on the edge, not sure if maids or tenants prior. Breakfast area should have someone tending to it, supplies were out, orang juice had only a bit in the container, counters were dirty where a tenant had spilt waffle mix and syrup

Well, if loud mufflers don’t bother you then staying on the front side would be OK but every young punk has to hit their gas to make their stupid mufflers go berserk which is pretty dumb,.But I was suggesting trying to get a room on the southside. The backside. but on all and the places is not bad the heater/fan was pretty old and junkie Needs to be worked on, but I would suggest it. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked like a lot of people were in and out of there, enjoying it and you get free breakfast in the morning. I do have standards for my rooms, I would stay again.

Got there a little early and went to see if we could check in, the front desk peraon said no problem. They couldn't find me in the system, had a single king under the same last name, but i had booked a double queen 3 months earlier. Gave my mom's name since she booked it as a gift and they said nothing under G and got pretty rude saying they had nothing and i had to figure it out and this is the issue with 3rd party sites amd refused to help unless i figured it out. Finally got them to look under my first name and he found it, someone had misspelled my last name. Hotel itself was okay. Older and our bathroom door had water damage to the bottom of it. The rest of the staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool.

We had a good stay

The property is on a busy corner, so it is rather noisy. It can also be a bit awkward to access. However, the room and common areas were clean, and all typically expected amenities were included and available. We were glad that they accommodated our small dog. The continental breakfast was fine. The front desk was empty much of the time, so we did not get some questions answered concerning local business establishments and directions.
