Great breakfast, definitely worth to get it. Great location, right next to the public transportation/water station, and allilaguna the water bus to the airport, and walking distance to most places. Great, Free tour to a Murano factory. Just ask for it. The free drink on the lobby is delicious. There is Free water in the bedroom fridge. Place is quiet, nice and clean. Bedroom size is good but the bad part is the shower is very, very, very small (tiny uncomfortable). No elevator. Staff is great except the young woman on the front desk she is not friendly at all. Overall very good but have to drop a star because the shower and lack of elevator.

This hotel was very nice. Everyone who worked there was so pleasant and helpful. Our room was very nice, only issue was that the hot water ran out in the shower. The hotel is very conveniently located, easy to get on the vaparato or water taxi. They were really good about ordering a water taxi for us to get to the airport.

Lovely hotel in a quiet square

Great hotel, brilliant location in a quiet square just 2 minutes from all the shops and restaurants . Their sister restaurant just around the corner was amazing.

Location is great, most of the staff were friendly. We paid for 3 rooms (6 people). One of the rooms A/C did not work, hotel would not move us to a room with properly working system, they gave us fans. We left with several misquote bites because we opened the window to get air. Also, mislead about the “free” boat ride to and from Murano. You do get picked up at the hotel but you are not dropped off at St Marc’s square where the staff told us we would be, dropped completely on the other side of the island. You also do not get to just explore Murano unless you don’t want the “free” boat ride back. You are taken to a glass factory and get to see how everything is made but really is just a sales pitch to but very expensive one of a kind pieces. Beautiful but not practical for most tourists. The one thing they did well was organize our personal taxi for 6 directly to the airport.

Disappointment in Venice

The room was nice but the bed squeaked every time my wife or I got up waking the other. The shower ran out of hot water unless you one of the early guests to use it. The breakfast was adequate but well worth the price. There was a bar but it was closed.? The location was great as was the staff.

Lovely hotel steps away from the water taxi station. This was very convenient as we had a fair amount of luggage with us. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was being able to hear the guests on the upper floor walking around at night, making it difficult to sleep.
