The room was very spacious for a family of 5. Only a few issues to note: the bedding from the pull out couch was dirty so we didn’t use it. The location of the hotel was nice because it was right off the 101 but also very loud due to that same reason. The free parking was a plus.

Everything was great up until about 1am. For some reason, the people above us thought it would be a good time to rearrange their room. We waited for about 20 minutes for it to stop and when it didn’t we called the front desk to let them know how loud it was. They said they’d send someone up to let them know about quiet hours. Another 20 minutes goes by and it sounded like a dog running back and forth across the floors. I called again and said it sounds like a dog (no dogs are allowed) and was told they went upstairs and didn’t hear anything. So a ghost?? Well, within 15 minutes it stopped after I called again. The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean, and the parking was easy. Just be aware of the thin walls and potential noisy nights with neighbors.

They had balcony lights right outside the balcony slider that could not be turned off. They were bright LED lights that were so bright you could not enjoy the balcony. The people at my he front desk were not very friendly or helpful. Not rude just blank. The rooms were clean and pleasant except for the balcony I Lights. Probably not going back there
