Clean remodeled rooms, well lit and easy parking, bed and sheets were nice. The free breakfast was MUCH better than expected, much more than toast and a banana. The pool was clean and looked great, even in the winter. The late shift girl was excellent and very customer service friendly....the lady in the morning shift (on Jan 11th) not so much, she was rude.

Hotel did not want to accommodate me 15 min before check inn time which is 4pm! I explained to them that I had a meeting and just needed to change and they said NO. I asked them to refund me the night since I no longer wanted to stay and they also said NO very rudely. This place is a dump surrounded by drug users and prostitution. I wouldn’t recommend

The suit is nice when we can stay together as a family. However, the room is small, and not too clean as well. The AC is not cold. We turned it on at 69 temperature. However, my family still sweat sleeping that night.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Not giving 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1) Shutters on window did not completely block light from parking lot, so there was some light streaming into the room all night. 2) Breakfast service ends at 9 AM — that’s TOO EARLY!
