This room was great for us (232). However I booked two rooms - full handicap accessible due to the fact that my brother in law is an amputee and my dad is elderly. My brother in laws room (323) was not fully accessible and it was difficult for him. He was told it was handicap but there was no shower seat as shown in the picture and there were no grab bars for the toilet. More than one night and we would have to leave. The coffee maker in his room had to be replaced. When the person came to replace it, he was told it was NOT the fully accessible room, yet the front desk said it was. Per ADA this should be a top priority for your handicap visitors.

Bathroom was covered in some kind of slick sticky stuff. You could not even walk on the floor. The bathroom was slick as slim and I actually fell in the shower due to slickness.
