The only nice things I can say about this place are that the cleaning staff were relatively nice and that the day manager was cordial to me a few times. But the overall message I received from the moment I set foot on the property, prior to interacting to anyone on the property, until the moment I left was that I was not welcome there. And I will not stay there again.

My room was dirty both times i stayed at this hotel . Red stains around the room and light switches, hairs on shower wall and curtain, carpet not vacuumed . just very unsanitary .

I booked this room ahead of time for 3 nights and 4 days so I could get away and relax but neighbor room has a lot of loud kids running in the hallway and yelling. The elevator stop working 3 times so I had to walk 4 floors ups and down and I have asthma. Also it said breakfast but they ran out of everything quickly and not even a good breakfast was provided. I will never stay here again! I just thought best western so it should be really nice but no! It stinks like wet old rags in the room and in the hallways. I think the owner should go visit and see that this hotel is not what it proclaims to be!! False advertisement!

The high point of the stay was the bed. Sleeping on a cloud. The low points included the shutdown of the elevator by the City inspector. The year and a half out of date snack purchased and the Front Desk clerk that did not offer any replacement even though her coworker had told us to bring it down for a replacement. The pool was also a disappointment. The water was cloudy with who knows what. The final frustration was my room key which refused to work every time I left the room. I had to get it replaced 3 times. I get the impression this hotel is being driven into the ground with no up keep.
