Remote wouldn’t work unless you were super close to the tv… toilet tank wouldn’t fill up unless we took the lid off and made sure it filled each time… at 2am I found a roach in the restroom!!!!! So disgusted by that!!! Breakfast was minimal. Ran out of creamer for coffee. Overall a poor stay and will never return.

Very noisy. Maybe need better insulated windows and doors to keep out the sound of traffic and people. Could not sleep with all the noise. Coffee was not good. Tile in room was loose and I kept tripping on it.

Room was fine, nothing special. Now, the "breakfast" provided by the hotel is a joke! No food, no fruit, no yogurt, no cereal, no nothing! You would think that they would at least make up for it with providing decent coffee, NO. The coffee was warm brown water.

When we first checked in, the facility was out dated but the room was lower than most in the area. But the room was disgusting. The bed linens were stained and had a smell of throw up and cigarette smoke. The toilet was leaking and the tub appeared to be poorly painted over, with paint chipping on the tub floor. We requested a room change and the 2nd room was just as bad as the first. Electrical chords hanging down the wall, cigarette burns in the linens and tub, not to mention we went from the first floor to the third floor and we couldn’t use the elevator because we did not feel safe as the safety operating permit was expired. We tried to cancel the reservation and just go elsewhere, but they would not release our funds for the change, forcing us to stay. Also, both nights of our stay, we found cockroaches crawling the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I wish we could have gone somewhere else. I will never book at this facility again.
