This property is one of the best when visiting Walla Walla. However it is time to start updating the mattresses, at least the last two king rooms i have stayed in.

The sidewalks were clear but the parking lot had ice and snow which made it a little difficult to walk on. For the most part our stay was a positive one. We would stay again.

I spent more than 3 hours trying to find a local channel on the TV. No locals to be found. Otherwise everything was ok. I work outside and wanted the news and weather. Let's see how the breakfast is in the morning.

Had a fantastic experience at the hotel with special thanks to Tony and the general manager. Due to the time difference from where we came from, my 3 young children were wide awake by 4am and I was doing my best to keep them entertained and quiet for the other guests, when Tony offered to open up the breakfast hall so we could sit somewhere other than the lobby. He turned on cartoons, brought out coloring supplies, and even some small snacks. Really appreciate everyone going above and beyond. I had no expectation of these extra accommodations so it really stuck with me. Thank you, Comfort Inn! We'll be back for sure.

We liked that we were able to use the dining room for fun card games. My mom suffers from ill health and we needed a big space to be together. We will be staying once a month in the winter, so we can have time with my folks. Thank you for helping to make that happen.
