I lived the location of the property, however i was not happy about them not having the room i booked available due to them "over booking the room type". They did not inform me when i checked in that i wasn't going to be in the room that i had booked, which took time away from me settling in & getting myself ready in a timely manner because i had to call downstairs to see why i wasn't given the correct room, than had to be on the phone with expedia so that i could be reimbursed the difference in price of rooms because the one i booked was more expensive than the one i was give. Overall i probably wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the inconsideration of management. They could have called me before hand to let me know the room type wasn't available so that way i had the option to choose if i still wanted to stay there or not. Poor communication is never okay when conducting business.

I had a great night's stay at Double Tree by Hilton-Crystal city. The room is very clean and I especially appreciate the friendly and professional staff! Also enjoyed the bar and the breakfast. Area is nice, but honestly the entrance was a little difficult to find.
