Our room was right on the river and the views from the balcony were amazing. Room was comfortable, but the shower lacks any space for your personal products. Kayaks and SUP's are available to rent at various times of the day (depending on the tide). Very close (less than 5 minute drive) to our favorite beach.

We loved our stay, here. It was super close to Wells attractions and to Ogunquit & Perkins Cove. The pool was warm and clean and we spent a lot of time in it. Plenty of towels were provided, even at the pool which was helpful.
