Come relax and enjoy your cape vacation in our 2 bed 2 bath home in The Acres of Pines Beach association. Your private beach awaits which you can get to by driving to your own parking spot or by a short 10 minute walk. After a day of fun at the beach wash off the salt and the sand in the larger outdoor shower.

Dinner time you can cook your favorite meals in the large fully equipped eat in kitchen. The owner loves to cook and has made sure you have everything you need to make that perfect dinner either inside or on the grill. If dinning out is your pleasure there are plenty of restaurants a short car ride away on Rt 28.

There is plenty of room to spread out with a the large patio with picnic table which is a great place to grill and eat al fresco. Spend your time after dinner enjoying the evening breezes in the screened in porch which has a dining table and wall mounted TV. The Living room is also a place that has enough room for the whole family to gather, play games or watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen internet-based TV with cable.
When it is time to call it a night there is a En Suite Master bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with plenty of room to unpack. The living room has a queen size pull out couch with a twin roll away bed in the adjacent closet.

For more beach fun, travel 1 mile to Seagull Beach. Stroll next to the sound at Mills Creek Park, just 1.2 miles away. Need a break from the beach and are looking for a place to bring the kids; Cape Cod Inflatable Park is only .5 mile and a ten minute walk or head over to the Whydah Pirate Museum only .8 miles away. Looking for a place to play some mini golf head over to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf 1 mile away.

With the home’s proximity to Route 28 this provides easy access to dozens of restaurants, including breakfast at Keltic Cottage or Ann and Frans, dinner and lunch at Gerardi’s Café, Captain Parker’s Pub, Skippers Chowder house and fine dinning at The Buca's Tuscan Roadhouse, Ocean House or Chatham Bars Inn.

Make the 3-mile trip to the heart of Main Street Hyannis to discover unique shops and locally beloved restaurants. For a carefree day trip, catch the ferry from Hyannis to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket just a couple blocks away.

Great stay on the Cape!

The property was very clean and well appointed. We didnt use the private beach, but it looked small but nice, and parking is included. Outdoor shower was nice and handy, to get everyone ready more quickly. Overall, a very nice home away from home!

Nice home very comfortable and clean

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this home, the owners were helpful to us in every way. The location is great, right off Route 28 (although traffic is always an issue on 28 if you've going the Cape as long as I have), which make it easy to get to Hyannis or to Route 6 if you are heading to Orleans, Nauset Beach, Wellfleet etc. Overall, I would recommend this property to couples and couples with children, I believe they would be happy with this choice.

Outstanding property and amenities

Perfectly charming home with so many options for relaxing, entertaining, activities and meals. Fully equipped kitchen with every imaginable appliance and tool, pots and pans and even supplies. TVs (Roku!) for cable or stream your own, including one in the master bedroom and a big one in the living room and another in the screened porch. BBQ available and ready for grilling. Breezy home with ice cold AC and lots of natural light. I could go on and on. The area is very central and close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and extra bedding, even the furniture was super comfortable. You’ll be glad you chose this property. Hosts are super nice. We had a great stay and saved lots of money by cooking and grilling. Local restaurants that the hosts provided menus were all high quality and affordable.

Wonderful West Yarmouth home

My family and I had a great experience at Sean and Jeanne’s Cape house. The location is easy to access and a short walk to the beach. The home itself has a wide open kitchen, dining, and living room was great for keeping track of our young kids. The central air and laundry were key for keeping everyone cool and clean. And the owners were very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was extremely clean and well decorated. There was everything we needed to cook on the grill. The private beach was .5 miles down the road which we used to relax and see the sunset. Definitely plan to go back

Perfect Cape Cod getaway

This lovely home was welcoming in every way! It was perfect for 4 people -comfy bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space; super clean bathrooms and a fantastic well-equipped kitchen ready for cooking with basic ingredients -olive oils, spices-available and ready to use. The hosts generously provided a snack basket including chips and bottled waters and coffee for the morning...and a gift card for a local ice cream shop! Outdoor shower and screened in porch were a lovely bonus; private beach is an easy walk and very family friendly. Location was perfect. My only suggestions for improvement are that better instructions be provided for the NEST thermostat...if you never used one it can be a little challenging ... and a large non-stick skillet would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Hosts were amazing and very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Convinient location, newly renovated house

The house is located in a nice neighborhood and there are several beaches within the walking distance. Kids may enjoy an inflatable water park in the main street. In addition it's great place to explore Cape code, Hyaniss ferries are as well as the main Cake code highway are 10 minutes away.
