During the summer, take a three-minute walk to the links at the Whitefish Lake Golf Course which features two pristine 18-hole courses. Additionally, a two-minute drive will take you to the Lion Mtn. Trailhead which grants access to an expansive trail system for both hikers & mountain bikers.
In the winter months, the golf course transforms into a winter wonderland of cross-country skiing with over 10 miles of groomed trails. The trails are lit during the evening & skis can be rented on-site. Be sure to stop at the Grouse Mountain Lodge during your ski to warm up with a warm cup of hot cocoa or your favorite libation.
The Space:
Entry through the two-car garage to this 2,300-sf townhome greets the guest with a spacious mud room with plenty of room to unload all of your gear. The lower level features the guest bedroom (with a king bed) as well as the bunk room (two twin beds, & two full beds). A shared full bath with a shower-tub combo separates the two lower-level sleeping quarters.
A walk up the stairs lands the guest in the great room, which is composed of a living room, dining area with seats for six, &fully-equipped kitchen. The living room features an elegant gas fireplace unit as well as access to a private north-facing patio. Step out of the kitchen onto your private deck which offers an amazing atmosphere for grillin’& chillin’ given the rolling meadow to the west & breathtaking sunset views. A trip down the upstairs hall passes by the laundry closet & leads to the spacious master bedroom equipped (king bed) with a walk-in closet & a shared-entry master bath.
