Great place!

This was our second stay. We really enjoy this resort. We get the 2 bedroom and it is plenty of room. This time a booked the room with a kitchenette. In the future i would orefervthe full kitchen.

We had quite the experience at the property. While it looks beautiful at first, the area around the condos is cluttered with maintenance supplies, creating a messy appearance. Upon reaching our condo, we found bags of trash on the steps, including one that had spilled open. Inside, the space was nice and spacious, but the toilet was dirty. My husband called the front desk for cleaning, but it took three calls before someone came. The indoor pool was also disappointing due to poor maintenance, so we opted to stay outside. Additionally, the toilet had flushing issues after the first use, and even though we called the front desk, it was left unresolved by the time we checked out. Overall, very nice condo, but not the experience we expected.

We enjoyed our stay. Location wasn't bad. Shopping and restaurants were all about 5 minutes away. Busch gardens was only 15 minutes away. Room was large. Plenty of space for 5. 2 bathrooms was a plus too

Mascon of communications and dirty room.

First night was given room I did not pay for. Second day, went to front desk regarding incorrect room, was switched to a different room. Second room looks like a rush job was done cleaning wise. Room was infested with ants, trash was left between sofa bed and under room bad. Every time I went to the lobby I was told a manager was not on property at the time and a message was going to be out for the manager to call me. Last day when checking out, I was asked if I wanted to talk to house keeping, I said no due to at that point I was checking out. Asked for management again no manager in property. Have been given the run around since.

Good for the price

Second time here and it was overall nice for family of 6 except they forgot/ignored my request for a rollaway bed/cot that I had asked for months before. There wasn’t enough bed linens and they were slow to provide them. We had to buy a blowup bed and bed linens at Walmart. The fire alarm kept going off 5-6 times waking us up and no one even came to check it out.

Hotel room had dirty towels and improperly cleaned surfaces. Toilet roll holder disassembled. Had to call twice for replacement towels. Seems like an ok place that would have been better with better management. Clean room and towels are a pretty basic thing to provide for an otherwise decent property.

Check in was fast, and our room was ready upon arrival. The room we had was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. Unfortunately the bed itself was the worse, not comfortable at all. Other then that it was clean and id go back if the beds were changed.

Everything was beautiful. Nice and relaxing moments. Wonderful time in pools /hot tubs. Need longer hours! Adult night swimming maybe till 11pm or midnight. Think about it. No complaints. So pleasant we extended our stay.
