There was no one at the front desk when i checked in.After 15 to 18 min wait, i finally get a room key..go to the room and the key does not work. I had to go back and forth THREE times before i got a key to work. Then i had to jiggle the key to get it to work

I Hate Giving Bad Reviews But They Earned It

Not a good place to stay. Our room should not have been rented out by the property. Among other things, we had horrible animal smell, holes in the bathroom door, mold on ceiling in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the comforter and more. We were originally going to stay 4 nights but checked out the first morning, refund or no refund. I can share pictures and videos if anyone would like to see it.

I stayed at the red roof inn on September 27-29 2025. The place was terrible. There were only 2 towel sets. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have atleast more than 2 towels. I checked in at 7pm Saturday night. After settling into my room I asked for towels about 10’mins later. I called the front desk the receptionist says that the laundry is full and if she can find some she would bring me towel. She never came so then I went to the front desk to ask again. I was told that the manager on duty had the key to the laundry room. She said she had to wait for him to come back and she would bring me the towels. The trowels never came. The next morning came housekeeping came to the door I asked for towels they said they would be back with them in an hour. Again no towels. Hour went past still no towels. At this point the maintenance supervisor was out there. They said it was a delay with towels because the laundry wasn’t done. I waited 3 more hours. My husband and I took a nap and everything. They finally knocked on the door and brought me a sheet set not towels. After asking for towels again they said they would be back again. Several hours later the housekeeper finally came back with towels but only 2 sets after I asked for extra. I waited literally 22 hours to get some towels. Worse experience of my life. They apologized and blamed it on the laundry being full. I told them I’ve been waiting for 22 hours I just wanted to take a shower.
