Needs a bit of upgrading

Very (uncomfortably) tiny bathroom. Shampoo packets had less than a teaspoon of shampoo (even my husband's short hair had trouble with that) Bed was extremely comfortable, pillows good, nice visit.

Starting with the sign for the hotel at the entrance that needs to be replaced the room was also not in good condition, damage on wall from a dog, chair with a huge stain, wall bracket just hanging, a bed that sagged in the middle. On the positive side it was clean and quiet (air conditioning ran all night).

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. They wrote down the concerns we had about a few things in the room that needed to be addressed, helped with locating our room initially, and were curtious.

When i got there said they were sold out and it was Hotel.com's fault. But had an "emergency " roomthey could give me. Bathroom was dirty, shower used with dirty wet toels on shower floor and dirty bathroom. No hot water. Horrible experience
