You could not find better, friendlier, more helpful staff! From the parking valets to the front desk clerks to the breakfast ladies - everyone was wonderful!
The hotel is on the edge of downtown, by the Kaladeium, within easy walking to multiple great restaurants, shopping, parks, and Sawtooth School of Visual Arts. It is not far from historic Old Salem.
My two complaints - and the reasons for only four stars - are the complete lack of any sort of dresser or drawers to put clothes in, and the incredibly high beds. Seriously- it felt like a mixture of rock climbing and gymnastics every time I got in bed. It left my friend in stitches she was laughing so hard. They need to include secure step stools so shorter guests can get in bed!!
