Was told upon arrival that my booking had been canceled. The desk clerk said there was no rooms available. My significant other reached out and was able to book me another room through Expedia, and the hotel clerk was not friendly at all when I returned. The room was filthy, disgusting. Definitely had not been updated or hardly paid attention to for that matter. Would not have stayed but due to events in town no other options were available. Below any stars!

Not a good exp. smell like marijuana, when it clean said on the web site "Non-smoking room", bug on the bathroom, HEATER did not work, no sheet cover on bed.

The toliet didnt work complained to the desk they wouldnt help. Ask for a plunger wouldnt give one. I was told they would send someone they never came. Asked to use the bathroom in the lobby i was told no. The front desk people were so rude. Asked to speak to the manager was told no. None of this was there problem and they didnt care.

The room when we first walked in had a large moth sitting on the wall. I handled it and moved on. After looking around the room, there were random stains on the furniture, the bedding had a cigarette burn in it, the bathroom was not clean. Just all around a very dirty environment. During the night, the was very strong smell of marijuana in our room. Which made it difficult to sleep. The air conditioner was set on 70 and would not turn down or up or anything. So the room stayed warm most of the time as the unit would only turn on every once in a while and did not stay on. Would not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

The pictures on the website are not a true representation of the property. The bathroom had a large amount of mold inside the shower, where the shower met the floor and at the base of the toilet. I purchased bleach spray whic worked quickly so i feel it was just not cleaned regularly. When opening draws there was partily eaten food in one. The bedding had burn holes, and the furniture were in disrepair. You could see lighr from around the door in the room. There were poor patch jobs on the walls.When i asked for a different room i was told they were booked up. There were vehicles in the parking lot with all the tires flat. Bags of trash on the side walks. The parking lot next door to the hotel seemed to be a meet up for homless people. It looked as if some people were living fulltime in the hotel, and the next day the sign outside said we accept government... thats all it said. It did not feel safe to leave to room after dark or arrive after dark. I attempted to find another hotel but many were booked or had the same ratings. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to booking. It said pool and breakfast but i never even looked at or for either.
