Not sure about pets. We stayed at the Inn to attend the Winthrop Balloon Festival. What a perfect setting for us to get up early and see the event right at the back door of the Inn.

The room was clean but the floors we very dirty. We wiped up some water we spilt and the towel turned black. Was disappointed because we have stayed here the past 5 years and the hotel served breakfast. They no longer do and this is one of the main reasons we stayed here.

Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was nice, had been recently updated. The only complaint was that the mattresses kept sliding off the metal bed frames. Also, the office is only open 9-5, so if you wanted a cup of hot tea, it had to be during that time, which did not work for my schedule. The second day, I grabbed some tea to use in the in-room Keurig, so that worked out.

Great place to stay to stage for backpacking, Rooms are big and the is a microwave for late-arrival dinners, Dog rooms are fine, just dog rooms. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
