You'll have privacy and room to relax or cook a meal. You'll have your own separate heating and cooling for your comfort.

My home is about a 5 mile drive from highway 70 in Wright City with the last 1/8 mile being on gravel.

Located approximately 13 miles from Wentzville, 20 miles from O'Fallon, 6 miles from Warrenton and 17 miles from Troy.

Very nice property and owner. She went out of her way to help me when I forgot my jacket there. Apartment was clean, modern with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

A furnished, finished, basement apartment molded after a cozy hotel feel. Amazing pillows, mini split and a wonderful host. You could hear the host walking around in the mornings but other than that the trip was peaceful. Great furnishings, but bring your own comforter. The one they have is very nice but mostly for decoration. Plus the one we brought made snuggling on the couch amazing. Bathroom is great and as a former contractor, I can state whoever did the remodel work was a pro. Only concern was that the outside facing door was a little flimsy feeling.
