The hotel was very busy the night we were there, but the staff were still very polite and helpful. We got takeout from the restaurant and it was really delicious, simple food made really well. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast was just okay, not many options. I would've loved to have seen some muffins or bagels or something like that. Loved having free parking in the garage. Only caveat is that while they said they have 24-hour security in the parking area, the gate that is supposed to limit entry to only hotel guests wasn't actually functioning, anyone could drive in and it's easily accessible for pedestrians to get in. We didn't have any issues, though, and it's rare to have a downtown location with free parking.

Very good!

Everything was great, except I thought the rooms were bigger. The space is smaller compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The beds aren't made every day, but that wasn't a problem because other than that, they have excellent service. Breakfast and dinner are included, and three drinks for those who drink alcohol. I'd never seen that in other hotels. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Great staff. Pretty good breakfast. Clean room. Comfy bed. But geez the elevator door SQUEALED every single time it opened. We were two rooms down from the elevator and I don’t know how it didn’t drive the staff nuts. There’s not really any special in room amenities-no streaming, no bottled water or nice coffee machine. There’s one ice machine for the whole place (on the second floor) and you can certainly hear the highway. But clean, comfy, and super friendly staff!

By far the best place we have stayed. The staff was amazing. Everyone was polite and smiling always offering assistance. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The evening meal and drinks was a total surprise. We were not there for the evening meal and drinks but it was impressive. The soda and popcorn was also a nice touch. Definitely looking forward to our next trip and will be staying at one of your hotels if there is one there.
