The pool was dirty, 3 outside tables w/2 umbrellas very dirty. The room was clean but with very old decor, the TV would only receive 3 channels. Bathroom shower had very good pressure but hand or bath soap available. The chair and foot stool appeared to be very dirty.

Disappointing. TV hardly picked up any channels, air conditioning could not keep room cool enough even though it wasn't even hot outside. The so called full breakfast was a little cereal and a few mini muffins, no real breakfast area just a hall and couple tables. Would not stay here again

There were stains on the chairs and the sheets. There were no coffee cups, nothing to put in the coffee, the options were SO limited. We didn't feel comfortable with our dog there at all.

Check in was great but went downhill from there. Requested an accessible room. Disappointed that Shower was not a walk-in or roll-in. The plunger standing beside the toilet was fair warning that the toilet did not flush properly. Toilet seat not secured tightly. Hot and cold water lines switched. Bed was supposed to be queen and although the frame was queen, mattress was much smaller making it awkward to get in and out. Bed cover (comforter) was old and stained. Upholstered chairs also stained.

Booked here for the pool. Was very disappointed with the room and cleanliness. Had to wipe down many things and floor was filthy. However, front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Accidentally left my wedding band on sink counter. Didn’t realize until I was a state away. Promptly called, the desk agent got right on it and back with me within 30 minutes. Housekeeping had turned it in, she took my remaining information and had it sent out the next day to my address! I was extremely grateful and impressed.

Horrible experience

The room was very dirty. The sheets were not washed. The smell in the room was awful as well as the sheets and pillows. There were holes and spots on the sheets.It smelt as mold. Pictures on the website do not match real situation. It was the most horrible experience ever!

Place was a dump. Outside was dirty and unkept. Dark Lobby, umbrella at pool unusable, no hand soap, drinking cups and no wifi in our room. We asked about wifi but ignored. Staff was always busy doing other tasks and that breakfast was soooo bad. I would suggest no one should stay there even for 1 night. I would have rather stay in our truck then pay what we did at this place. Ramada used to be one of the best…not anymore and we could not run fast enough to leave.
