Room is so spacious and comfortable. The balcony with bay view is a plus. The location is great. The airport limousine bus stop is just in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. The staffs are very attentive and nice.

Firstly there is a metro literally underneath the hotel which is the queen tower complex, so it is extremely convenient from going from narita airport straight to the hotel with only 5 minutes of walking. Ontop of that there is a family mart 2 minutes away from the hotel inside the complex without you having to go outside if there is somehow nasty weather. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating little to no struggle in communication. The room service and food in the hotel is subpar way better than the quality in 5 star hotels in America. The laundry is cheap and they return it nicely packed and folded. And house keeping is daily which replaces linens and all the accommodations, excluding the hotel given shower soaps. The view is stunning worth the extra dollar! Will definitely come back here for 2 weeks instead of one, I heavily recommend anyone who goes to Tokyo or the surrounding areas to book here.

Great stay with second to none hospitality and service. Hotel is located directly connected to the Queen's Court/Plaza and plenty of dining and shopping options in the immediate area. Nearly everything is within walking distance to include subways and the train station. Hotel does have parking available. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite place to stay in Yokohama / Tokyo, rooms big and spacious, view is great, limousine bus stops right at doorstep, establishment however has aged a fair bit and needs some renewal definitely.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel is located by a shopping mall and train station making travel into the main cities easy. It’s a nice family area to stay in and there is plenty to do around the hotel. The facilities are amazing and the rooms are cleaned to perfection. The only downside at the moment is that the pool is closed - I didn’t check this properly when booking and was disappointed to find this out when checking in. Other than this I’d highly recommend.

This is definitely the best hotel in the Yokohama waterfront area. It is easily accessible from Queen's square (Minatomirai station). I would definitely stay here again. The bath amenities are over the top!!!

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were impressed with the beauty of the establishment and the friendliness of the staff. We were checked in quickly and brought to our room which far surpassed our expectations. The room was magnificent and the view was spectacular of the lit up Ferris wheel and the waters nearby. When we return to Japan, we will definitely be staying here again. And we will be recommending to everyone we know.

Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!
