Hotel was really nice and view was great. We did find the hotel a bit outdated but still super clean and well maintained. The staff were great and accommodating. One thing that could be better for all Tokyu hotels is the wifi, we found that the connection isn't that good and dropped often.

Super convenient. We had a room with a balcony and it really made our room special. We saw beautiful scenery especially night and enjoyed the moment.

We loved this hotel during our visit at the end of March. The hotel has great pajamas, slippers and robes. They were even so sweet to leave kids sized slippers for our son which he loved. The beds were comfortable and we had a great view.

Our favorite hotel in Yokohama! Convenient, reliable & comfortable. The view of harbor is beautiful. Excellent location and staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was beautifully maintained, the staff was professional and courteous. The location was excellent with shopping, dining and the train station all conveniently located to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is connected to a shopping center and the train station. Property is right next to the Yokohama Clock ferris wheel and theme park. Hotel is also a short walk to the Cup of Noodle Museum

This property is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my 55 years of traveling. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and always eager to help in any way possible. Parking was plenty and simple. Best water pressure in the shower than any place ive ever been, possibly even better than my own home!

The hotel's buffet restaurant was too crowded by group tourists and too noisy, especially at breakfast time. The shower room was too small and shower water spilled out easily from shower door. The hotel is located at very convenient place where we can access to train station and shopps and restaurants.

Another faultless hotel in my list. Easy check in and out, helpful and courteous staff. Very spacious and clean. Airport Limousine Bus stops in the hotel. Train station, shopping and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.
