"The room and hallways had a nasty odor. Staff was made aware as soon as I opened door so I would not be considered the cause of Oder. No remedy to correct was offered. I went out and bought Lysol disinfectant spray myself. I had also relatives booking at the same time and had same experience."

Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing ..."
