Hotel Plaza Opera
The only problem was that the jacuzzi was booked the entire weekend and we were not able to use it which sucks. After that was the main reason to book the hotel. None of the spa services were available because over booked. They should alert when you make the reservation.

My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. Al Balhara Resort & Spa
Nice resort where the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome during their busy Feragusto! Though overall it was bit expensive for what we got. Breakfast was not great. Limited food and beverage selection and was cleared very early. But on the doorstep of Bello Monreale!
