The staff was so very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean. A staff member went above and beyond to retrieve my key which fell through the elevator shaft. How does that happen? So thankful!

Pros: Rooms were clean. Cons: I had 3 rooms booked for a bowling tournament at a bowling alley that the hotel owner, owns. Show up at 1:30, early, I know, fire trucks there. Fire alarm. No big deal. Go back at 2:30, go through the whole check in process only to be told I’d be charged $75 to check ...
