Junibelle was so lovely and helpful. She was quick when checking in and helping me figure out the error with my reservation. Expedia & online suggested there was a hot-tub which was a big reason why i booked and it was not working which was a bummer.

The front desk staff, was nice, but overworked. The room and bathroom were very unclean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and dust the room.
