21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The room I was initially put in had a leaking faucet and broken lamp, but the desk staff addressed this problem immediately by putting me in another room. Location is excellent, and the Art Deco decor of the lower floors is beautiful.

The rooftop restaurant was really good. The place just needs renovated the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable definitely a place to stay if you want to stay affordable
