A handful of staffers were very hospitable, but when IT assistance was needed in the pre-paid for Billiards room, upper management intervened & wanted to charge extra for their assistance. Didn't stay there called the front desk phone to cancel the reservation for nearly 12 hours nobody answered until the next day.... My card GOT CHARGED for over 100$ anyway.
