We loved our visit here. John and Yvonne were wonderful. The space was clean, quiet, and truly magical. The views were second to none and the castle and other buildings are truly worth experiencing. We loved learning about the history of this place and we will certainly be back.

The hotel was not clean, our rooms were not cleaned or even addressed daily. We had to request towels and garbage bags. Someone across the hall from us had a dog that barked for hours on end. Also the doors slam so hard that anyone going in and out of their room awakens the everyone on the floor ...

The room is somewhat rundown. Heating unit is very loud and goes on & off very frequently. Bathroom fan sounds like a diesel engine. Bathroom is kinda falling apart. Shabby all around.
