"Quetel the receptionist was fantastic, got a room issue cleared up. Bartenders were very good. Be careful renting b harborview suites, there are no windows to open or a balcony. Room is bigger and bathroom luxurious, but at the expense of no view. We wanted the air and balcony."

"Extremely disappointed with our stay at The Reef Atlantis. This was our first visit, and unfortunately it will also be our last. The biggest issue was the room service. It was absolutely horrendous. The food was cafeteria quality, and every order took anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour to arrive. ..."

"I liked that we had free access to Atlantis, free breakfast, and the coupons for the restaurant were nice. The check in process was annoying. We had to stand in line for 30 minutes. Check in is 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 3:45. Also a lot of maintenance in the hotel."
