We loved the location , hospitality of staff was great No breakfast option for non meat eaters... was very disappointing though i mentioned it to management at the rum pumch party... they even took my room number!

Comfort suits, was clean, the staff was extremely helpfull and pleasant at all times . The location was perfect if your intent is to visit atlantis .i would definitely return to the Comfort suits its also perfect for kids . The brakefast some days i liked it then aome days i did not .but theres ahops around walking diatance that is you can help your self to . Comfort suits is a cash only establishment, but the shopa around you can pay card .

Proximity and access to Atlantis is key and really all that matters. Yes - the hotel is a bit dated (carpets and wall paint), but I wasn't even in the hotel except to go back and forth to Atlantis/Dining/Shopping. I feel the staff were friendly, but could have explained things a bit upon checkin. Room was not ready at check in and I came after 4:00pm. The hotel had 'smell' to it. Smelled like trash in the hallways. Good Value. Breakfast was fine. Never ate the other meals. Bartender was nice a night when I ordered a few drinks.

Do it

I'll try to keep it short, but if you looking to explore Atlantis and use beautiful pool location..just have to walk a little distance but the view you wont feel it. Also the breakfast in the morning is great, plus you can find parking. The only minor downside if you are driving, you always have to pay that bridge. Other than that...its a good midside hotel and it is comfortable.

This is a really good value for the cost. As other reviews have mentioned, you have daily access to Atlantis (you'll just need to take your orange card pass to the Royal Tower everyday to get your day passes). The path to Atlantis is clearly marked and an easy 5-7 minute walk. Shops (including a Dunkin', restaurants, liquor store, and mini mart are also close by). The free daily breakfast was also quite well done, with solid meat and egg options (though watch out for the seagulls stealing your food for the outdoor seating!) One minor issue - the food at the restaurant at lunch was just OK, with small portions. Service was also on "island time". We only ate there once. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very nice and courteous. Tanica (I hope I'm spelling that right) was wonderful and made sure our room had everything we needed. All in all, this was a very good experience and I strongly recommend this property.

The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to Margaritaville as well as to Atlantis. Plus the Atlantis entry is free for guest which was a huge plus. The hotel is dated but overall clean and has a nice fun vibe, free breakfast was a savings too. Most staff were welcoming. It was my second visit, would go back again.

I enjoyed Reggi who works at the front desk. He welcomed use with happiness and vibes. He's a definite 10/10. As far as the room is it was a 5/10. I had a plumbing issue twice within 12 hrs...they switched our room and i had the same issue 2 days later. The carpets have a wet smell so the hallways had a scent. The food was a 2/10 for me. I wont even go into it. I think my score explains it all. At the bar D' Shaun was amazing. He's so humble, and attentive. Being able to access Atlantis was a major 10/10. I have no complaint with that.

The hotel was a great place to stay with access to Atlantis. Everyone working there was pleasant. The decor and halls are a little dated and the pull out couch didn’t have the best mattress, but other than that it was great. The continental breakfast was an extra bonus. We’d stay there again.

The staff did not pay as much attention to my family the minute they realized we weren’t from the USA, Canada or UK. There were many times like having to ask multiple people to fix the walk-in hallway light that stopped working to please repair the light, or requesting the two bottled water a day that we were promised in the room I had to ask several times in several different ways (calling, running to front desk) that made me feel neglected, ignored and disrespected. Even when I mentioned to the staff I wanted to take my daughter to the Wendy’s and tried to get directions from a staff member it felt like our safety wasn’t a priority and they gave me incorrect instructions that led to us in a risky situation that left us traumatized. I even requested a room change the day we arrived and was told they would check back in with us and again I felt like I had to constantly beg for an update but we ultimately never got a room change. To be completely honest we would never return again the hotel experience was the absolute worst.

Front desk staff not friendly, only the tour desk rep Deandra was friendly, the rug throughout hotel old and smelly, no view room, old and broken television, no wifi access, door slamming noises, on site dining limited food choices very boring and over priced. I went to Atlantis everyday and made the stay ok. I would stay at a different hotel when visiting again.
