I took me some time to figure out that I had to put the keycard in the elevator to go up. Which is normal, but next time please ..."

"When we arrived early they were able to get us a room right away. Good breaky. Dinner was good also. Only thing was the tv kept freezing but for 1 night we didn’t try to get someone to fix it. Also getting from CDGval to hotel a bit unclear."
