Don't Arrive Late

We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. From the street, it's hard to tell that there's even a hotel there. It's even harder to get in the door which is locked and requires a room key to access the entrance. Hard to have a room key when you haven't checked in yet. We had to follow another guest into the entrance. Not a nice neighbourhood to hang around in the street after dark. Otherwise, very neat and innovative rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff.

Tiny room. Not privacy in the bathroom. Expensive for the location and service. Breakfast is continental not a buffet. If you don’t request cleaning in the iPad you don’t get service. And was not explained to us on the check in.

Good value - fun vibe

Great stay! Small rooms but functional for a quick trip. Lots of coworking space downstairs if needed. Definitely hit the upstairs bar - incredible views and reasonable prices drinks. A real gem. Two flags: beds are super comfy but against a wall so only one side has access. Everything is run off of an ipad so might be confusing for folks who aren’t super tech savvy.

Small basic hotel with few unfortunate issues

Basic hotel with a few quirky technological additions. Rooms are small for the price but location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hot water stopped working for the whole hotel on a very cold February morning. Minimal effort by company to address or rectify

It’s good and not excellent because of several small issues. - One day there was no hot water (issue has been fixed around at 11am) - During 1 day the iPad to control the room wasn’t working (issue was solved the next day) - during 1 day i couldn’t raise the temperature of the room (issue was solved the next day). This Citizen M seems a little bit older than the others ones I have visited (SF, Paris champs Élysée, London). The roof top has an incredible view on Paris, especially during the night.

Revolutionary Technology (iPad)..Very Small Room!!

The technology aspect in terms of controlling some of the room amenities via the iPad is revolutionary. With that said, the room was barely big enough for me and my partner (including luggages). The sink being located outside of the bathroom was also very peculiar. Good and helpful customer service however..!!

Most awesome hotel I've ever stayed out in my 70 years. The staff was very attentive at all hours. Rooms are modern and human friendly. Shout-out to Ambassador Florian who made our stay awesome and just like home.
